Our Web-based Wintrack system facilitates the ordering and delivery of our products and services on a nationwide basis through a single point of contact. The products and services we offer are developed by seasoned industry professionals and are customized for each stage of the default process.
Through our network of direct and agent offices, we have the ability to effectively manage, control, and monitor title and information needs.
Our array of loss mitigation, foreclosure, REO title, residential rental, and trustee services offers a “one-stop shop” for all aspects of the default servicing process.
Through our Loss Mitigation Title Services division, we provide such services as property reports, lien priority insurance, signing services, document recording, document preparation, and document retrieval services on a nationwide basis.
During the foreclosure process, we coordinate the ordering, tracking, and delivery of title evidence used to process foreclosures nationwide.
When a property progresses to REO, we provide title commitments/preliminary reports, underwriting assistance, and closing services, in order to ensure the fastest possible disposition of the asset. In addition, through our National Residential Rental Services division, we provide an efficient execution of rental loss mitigation strategies for non-rural, non-seasonal, multistate single-family properties.
Trustee Servicing Solutions performs non-judicial foreclosures on behalf of mortgage servicing clients, utilizing proprietary software and automated connections that enhance efficiency.
